Miscellaneous records of a South Stillwater (Bayport), Minnesota firm engaged in the manufacture and sale of agricultural implements and other machinery. Included are a general ledger, an employee ledger, and a photocopy of the firm's articles of incorporation. Minutes describe the functioning of the business, including the election of officers, stock offerings, and a disagreement between the principals which seems to have led to the demise of the company.
